The Gauthiers' RV service team is ready for any help your RV may need at our dealership outside of Lafayette, LA.  We have 11 service bays, and the available staff, to tackle multiple jobs at once at our Louisiana location.  And with the addition of James to our team we can install fifth wheel hitches and receivers on site. We replace or repair refrigerators and air conditioners. We install satellite systems which are becoming more popular and replace awnings and slide room toppers that are damaged from winds etc. Because of the big movement to rubber roofs in the early 1990's we have seen an increase in having to replace or repair the roofs due to damage or lack of maintenance. We strongly encourage doing periodic maintenance like resealing roofs, windows etc as a preventative measure to prevent leaks that could cause extensive damage if left unattended. We can provide the supplies through our parts department to do the maintenance or we will be glad to provide the service if a customer so chooses.

If you want to not worry about a lot of warranty issues, a good investment is an extended service contract which can cover most mechanical issues for any number of additional years. Sometimes we can walk a customer through a problem without him having to bring in his RV which saves time and money. Make sure you detail all service issues so we can make the best estimate on the time it may take to have your unit repaired, especially if we need to order parts.
