"Our overall experience with Gauthiers RV has been great.
We purchased our 2012 Mobile Scout Bristol Bay 3010RB in early June.
Our sales person, Rocky, took great care of showing us the coaches available and explained everything to us. Made us feel very comfortable and sure of our decision.
When picked the coach up Mr. Gauthier showed use completely through it.
They had the unit spotless. The ladies that took care of our paperwork explained everything and answered all our questions.
On our first trip with the new coach we experienced refrigeration problems. I contacted the service department and the guys set up a time for me to bring the coach in and have it looked at. They wound up changing out our refrigerator. They did a wonderful job and the coach was returned to us spotless.
Gauthiers has the Farque Family for life long customers.

"So far, I am greatly disappointed in my recently purchased Viewfinder V24SD. Upon receiving it, the battery would not stay charged. Bro't it for service and battery was replaced. Just returned from 10 day camping trip. Just b4 leaving on trip, discovered refrigerator wouldn't cool, so had to keep food in an ice chest. Having been gone 7 days, water heater quit working. Not a fun trip without these two necessary items."

"This is the first RV that our family has owned. The experience at Gauthier's was very pleasant. No pushy sales people and no pressure when looking at RV's. When we found the RV we were interested in, Derek Lemaire, was very helpful and put us in the RV. I was leaving the state for 2 weeks for work, and Derek held our RV with a deposit until we were able to pick it up upon my return. Upon pick up, Mr. Don, was very helpful and explained the entire RV to us. It made our first camping trip very enjoyable. "I parchased a 2011 brookside 345 fwse fifth wheel. The sales and service was very good and everyone working there was very nice. thanks for the dounuts.
